Manufactured in 1969 and subsequently custom embellished by the hand of prolific American engraver Jeff Flannery. The gun features a ramped blade front sight, fixed notch rear sight, and pearl grips. The revolver is covered by highly attractive broad leafy scroll engraving over a punch dot background with starbursts scattered throughout. Flannery has signed his work "J. Flannery Engr." on the left side of the frame below the cylinder. Included is a custom built hardwood display case with a regal purple lining.
