Description:

Introduced in 1943, the Randall Model 1 was an extremely popular supplemental weapon among American troops through the conflicts of the middle and end of the 20th century, including Vietnam. It measures 11 3/4 inches overall with an 6 15/16 inch clip point blade. The guard is the double lug brass pattern and the grip is a very finely figured/burled, smooth hardwood with black and brass spacers at each end and a smooth brass pommel. Includes a Randall leather sheath marked "7" on the back and sharpening stone.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, the blade bright with a few scattered light handling marks and some light evidence of cleaning/buffing. The brass shows an attractively aged patina with a couple small patches of discoloration. The grip is excellent with only the slightest handling marks. The sheath is excellent with some very light handling wear.
