This Remington was the last of four lots containing deluxe, sub gauge Remington 1100 shotguns. The first two were Tournament Skeet grade in 28 and .410. The second two were in identical calibers, but were stunning F-grade "Premier Skeet" guns with engraving by Master Robert P. Runge.

All of these gorgeous Model 1100 shotguns flew past their high estimates, but the fireworks waited until the end, when the .410 Premier Skeet more than tripled its high estimate.
