Description:

Blade front and folding leaf rear sights. Late pattern with walnut forearm and guide screw located in the center of the right side of the receiver. The top of the receiver is marked: "BURNSIDE PATENT / MODEL OF 1864" in two lines. Smooth straight grip stock with sling swivel and metal buttplate. Missing the barrel band. Heavily cleaned, removing markings.
