Very desirable Model 1873 used in Hollywood Westerns. Manufactured in 1883. This is a third model rifle with a blade front sight and adjustable beach rear sight. The left side of the barrel is marked "PROP. UNIVERSAL-100B" The rifle has a plain straight grip stock and forearm with metal forearm cap and crescent steel buttplate with empty compartment. Action is good, barrel and receiver have been reblued.
