OC - FINE- all original parts; over 30% original finish, sharp lettering, numerals and design on metal and wood; minor marks in wood.

NPRF - NON-PROFESSIONALLY REFINISHED/COLD BLUE, ETC.

Description:

Six-shot, double action revolver manufactured by the Starr Arms Co., of Yonkers, New York. The one-piece walnut grip has an oiled finish with a faint script inspectors cartouche "ADP" ? On the lower left side. Address is located on the left side of the frame below the cylinder and a patent date is stamped on the opposite side. All numbers match. Single sub-inspector initials are stamped on most components. There is a slide on the rear of the trigger. The hammer is carried to the cocked position, the cylinder is turned and the chamber is ready to fire when the front trigger is released so the rear trigger can be reached for firing.

Rating Definition:

Completely refinished (metal parts only) with almost all of the hot dip blue finish remaining, scattered light spotting and scattered finished over minor pitting. There are a few minor tool marks on the cylinder. The grip is very good with a few scattered minor dings and dents. The markings are all clear. Mechanically fine.
