Description:

Manufactured in 1864 with standard markings and features. Matching numbers, unable to check wedge, cylinder unreadable. Replacement wedge, trigger guard and backstrap screws. Chips and dents in grips.

OF - FAIR- some major parts replaced; minor replacement parts may be required; metal rusted, may be lightly pitted all over, vigorously cleaned; rounded edges of metal and wood; principal lettering, numerals and design on metal partly obliterated; wood scratched, bruised, cracked or repaired where broken; in fair working order or can be easily repaired and placed in working order.

Description:

Manufactured 1864 - 1869 and bears a close resemblance to Colt's Model 1849 Pocket Navy revolver. Standard 3 line Frankford marking on top of the barrel , 5-round unfluted cylinder, smooth grips. Serial numbers "9098" on butt and cylinder and "5762" on bottom of barrel under loading lever, shim has been added at the barrel and frame junction. Some minor pitting.
