Made in 1903. Factory records (photocopy included) show the revolver as shipped to Norvell, Shapleigh Hardware of St. Louis, on 1 February 1904, part of a 5 gun shipment. Letter also verifies caliber, barrel length, blue finish with grips "NOT LISTED". Fixed sights, one line address, standard caliber and patent markings, circled Rampant Colt, matching frame and grip straps and checkered Colt grips.
