Winchester Henry Rifle 44 Henry
Nickel silver blade front and 900-yard folding leaf rear sight (minus elevator), with 15 round integral magazine, marked "HENRY'S PAT. OCT. 16. 1860./ MANUFACT'D BY THE NEWHAVEN ARMS CO. NEWHAVEN.CT." on top, and "C.G.C/ C" on the left flat, in the style of Sub-Inspector Charles Chandler. Brass receiver, minus sight dovetail, with "H" and "C" inspection marks. Serial numbers present on the top barrel flat, inside the early style brass round heel buttplate, lower receiver tang, buttplate screws, lower tang screw and upper stock tang inlet. Modern production stock not fitted for the special order sling swivel and loop, with the wrist unmarked and a "C" stamp on the left side of the buttplate at the heel.

Winchester 1866 Musket 44 RF
Blade and two leaf folding sights, standard markings, with the serial number removed, saddle ring staple (no ring) on the left of receiver, deep pitting on muzzle back to the first barrel band and on the lever and hammer. Brass has tool markings around the screws. The loading port cover has a chunk missing, but still functions. Lever hangs up occasionally, otherwise the action functions properly.
