Manufactured in 1864. The barrel is fitted with a reproduction front blade sight and a folding leaf rear sight marked "1," "3" and "5." The top barrel flat is marked "HENRY'S PAT.OCT.16.1860/MANUFACT'D BY THE NEWHAVEN ARMS CO. NEWHAVEN. CT." (recut) ahead of the rear sight and the non-matching serial number "7155" is stamped behind the rear sight at the breech. It has a fixed front barrel section. The serial number "4370" is stamped on the left side of the lower tang, on the upper tang cutout of the stock and on the buttplate. The barrel has provisions for a sling swivel on the left side. The left side of the stock has a sling swivel mount. Mounted with a walnut stock with a crescent buttplate with compartment (cleaning rod not included).
