The smoothbore barrel has a blade front sight, two "wedding bands," notch rear sight, "LONDON," a "sitting fox/IR" mark, and London proof marks on the left. It is fitted with the classic Northwest Trade gun serpent side plate, large iron trigger guard, long trigger, and brass ramrod pipes and buttplate. The stock has tear drop shaped flats.

Good with dark brown patina on the iron along with mild oxidation and pitting, aged patina on the brass, and general moderate overall wear. The stock is also good and has general scrapes and dings, surface flaking, some chips and slivers absent from the edges, and generally heavy overall wear. Mechanically fine.
