Manufactured c. 1871-1888. It features scroll and border engraving, an engraved "Nimschke star" on top of the action, a round blade front sight, aperture in the hammer for a rear sight, the two-line address and Rider patent marking on the rib, and a brass magazine tube.

Fine with 75% original nickel plating, crisp engraving, and mild overall wear. The grips are very good and have moderate handling wear. Mechanically fine.
