Manufactured after World War I chiefly for commercial sale, the "Bolo" Broomhandle was slightly scaled down from the original 1896 design, retaining the operation and chambering but making for an easier to carry weapon. Blade front and 1000 meter tangent rear sights, with the three-line address and "crown/crown/U" proofs on the chamber, two-line address on the right side of the frame and Mauser "banner" logo on the left. Matching numbers are present on the barrel, bolt, takedown latch, "NS" hammer, hammer housing, frame, grip panels and floorplate. Consignor research is included.

Excellent, with 98% plus original blue finish, showing minor edge wear and light handling marks. 95% original niter blue finish is present on the small parts, with minor spotting on the extractor. The grips are also excellent with a few minor dings. Mechanically excellent.
