Manufactured in the last half of the 19th century, the Delhaxhe Revolver has many features in common with the Dolne "Apache", particularly the set of brass knuckles integrated into the grip and the 2 1/4 inch folding dagger blade. This example has floral scroll engraving on both sides of the frame and between the cylinder flutes. The rear of the grip is retailer marked "G. LAPORT & Co./RIO JANEIRO". The lower left side of the frame is marked with " J. DELHAXE BREVETTE"and serial number "94.

Fine, with an attractive patina on all surfaces and 30% of the original blue finish remaining in the cylinder flutes with slightly softened engraving. Mechanically functions fine.
