Manufactured by John Stemple of Ohio in emulation of the M45 "Swedish K" submachine gun. Features fixed winged post front and winged peep rear sights, ventilated barrel shroud, Stemple address and model markings on the right side of the magazine well, and the address repeated on the right rear of the receiver tube. A pair of smooth walnut grip panels are installed, with a left-side folding wire stock with rubberized cover.

Excellent overall, retaining 90% plus original matte grey finish with scattered light handling marks and faint spotting on the receiver. The wood grips are very good with contrasting color and mild dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 479.
