The blued boxlock action shows light border engraving with starburst designs around the pivot pin and on the toplever. The rifle features a single trigger and tang mounted manual safety. Nicely figured, multi-point checkered Schnabel forend and pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece, blank inscription oval, and brown rubber recoil pad. Length of pull 14 5/8 inches. Excellent retaining 98% plus original blue finish and 95% of the gold inlay with minor handling evidence. The wood is very fine with a few scattered pressure marks, some high edge wear, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
