The blued action displays Winchester 21-1 pattern engraving showing light scrollwork on all sides. The lower tang is marked "Grade 1 1 of 7" in fine script indicating its place in the set. The gun features a single selective trigger and tang mounted automatic safety switch. Highly figured, multi-point checkered beavertail forend with engraved fittings and straight grip stock with Winchester Rider in the inscription oval and a checkered bare butt. Exceptionally fine, retaining 99% blue and gold finishes with minor handling marks, and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. One of the case latches is damaged, otherwise it is excellent. Mechanically needs some work as only the right barrel will fire.
