Considered by many shooters and collectors to be the best rim-fire semi automatic rifle ever made, this rifle was manufactured in 1933, the first year of production. It features the standard fixed front and adjustable rear sight and is equipped with a tang peep sight. The rare 20" barrel (discontinued in 1936) is marked ".22 LONG R. --SUPER SPEED & SUPER--X". Smooth forearm with steel end cap and pistol grip stock with a steel buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains approximately 97% of the finish with thinning on the left front, underside, top and edge wear of the receiver, as well as some light scratches. The buttplate has a smooth gray patina with much of the blue in the recessed area. The wood has been re-varnished and remains in excellent condition with overall scattered minor dents, scratches and dings. All markings are clear. The action is fine.
