This is a current production rifle manufactured by Norinco of China that is a copy of the US Army M14 rifle. They were manufactured in the early 1990s to compete on the US marked and duplicate the functioning, handling and operation of the US M14 rifle. The receiver is marked "M14 SPORTER / NORINCO CHINA / C.A.I. ST. ABL. VT." It is equipped with military sights, flash suppressor, 20 round magazine and pistol grip stock with a synthetic handguard, fold up steel buttstock with compartment in the butt and sling swivels.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% of the parkerized finish. The stock has been freshened and remains excellent overall with about 80% of the varnish remaining, a moderate crack on the left side at the magazine and overall scattered minor dents and nicks.
