Take-down action with "WINCHESTER/ TRADE MARK" marked upper tang, casehardened hammer, numbered lower tang, no proof marks. Straight grip stock with a hard rubber buttplate, small smooth forearm.

Very fine, with 75% of the bright original blue finish remaining. There is spotting on the barrel, light edge wear, smooth wear on the action bar and tube magazine, and a number of light scratches. The stock is fine, with some scrapes, dings, and varnish loss. The action is excellent.
