The seven baskets range in size from 1/2 to 3-5/8 inches and the two fetishes are 1-1/4 and 2 inches. They all exhibit the finest workmanship. Including: 1) Extremely fine 3-5/8 inch diameter 2 inch high basket with black stepped design used by many southwest tribes. There are 35 coils of reeds on this basket which gives an idea of the quality of the work. 2-3) Pair of matching baskets. The half inch basket has blue beads around the black top edge. 4) 5/8 inch covered basket with attached lid but no decoration. 5-6) 2-1/8 inch black and white basket of woven horsehair. 7) Two 1-1/8 inch horsehair basket woven in black and white horsehair. 9) 2 inch black horsehair mouse fetish, probably umbilical case with brown horsehair ears and tail. All excellent.
