This rifle was manufactured between 1901 and 1932, and is a Third Model takedown version. It features a dovetail front sight and screw-on adjustable rear sight, 3/4 tubular magazine, 12-groove forearm and plain straight grip stock with a metal crescent buttplate.

Fine, with approximately 60% of the slightly faded original blue finish. There is bright edge wear on the barrel and receiver, a smooth gray patina on the magazine and action bar, and a mixed brown and gray patina elsewhere. The stock is very good, with some darkening around the tangs and receiver and a number of scratches and dents. The action is excellent.
