This is the semi-automatic version of the famous Thompson sub-machine gun. Equipped with fixed sights, an unfinned barrel, detachable 30 round box magazine, horizontal forearm with grasping grooves, pistol grip with finger grooves, and a smooth buttstock with metal buttplate. Sling swivels are found on the forearm and buttstock. The left side of the receiver is marked "THOMPSON SEMI-AUTOMATIC CARBINE / CALIBER .45MI" and the right side is marked with the maker's address.
