This rifle was manufactured in 1933, the second year of production, and features a full octagon barrel with a dovetail front sight and adjustable rear sight. The left side of the barrel is marked "22 SHORT" along with the other standard markings. It has the 17 groove forearm and plain pistol grip stock with a blue checkered steel buttplate.

Near mint with nearly all of the custom high gloss professionally refurbished finish remains showing only light scuffs on the magazine tube and faint spotting on the right side of the barrel just ahead of the forearm. The refinished wood shows only a few scattered light dings.
