Single bead sight on a solid rib. With the exception of the serial number, there are no visible maker's markings (possibly Belgium in origin). Double Damascus barrels have been cut to there current length of 8 1/4 inches. Floral engraved lock plates with zig zag line border. The floral engraving continues on the upper tang and trigger guard and hammer sides. Fish sculpted hammers, double triggers, checkered grip, ornamental buttcap and iron ramrod. With a matching pistol marked with the same serial number.
Good as modified. The metal surfaces have been cleaned bright and are now beginning to age again. The barrels retain faint traces of the Damascus pattern. The revarnished wood is good plus with some minor scratches, dings and dents and some minor varnish loss. The checkering is mostly worn smooth. The upper tang and lock plates are ill-fitting. The engraving is clear and crisp.
