Manufactured from 1884 to 1895, this revolver has the standard two line address/patent marking on top of the rib, all nickel finish with blue trigger guard and barrel latch, and casehardened hammer and trigger. Fitted with two-piece black checkered hard rubber grips with S&W logo at the tops. Complete with an original hinge lid box with correct orange end label, directions for use label on the inside of the lid and cleaning rod.

Excellent. The revolver retains approximately 95% original nickel finish with some flaking on the cylinder and frame, and scattered minor spotting. The trigger guard and barrel latch retain most of the original bright blue finish, thinning on the trigger guard and some edge wear. The trigger and hammer retain strong original case colors mixed with smooth gray. The grips are excellent. The markings are clear and crisp. The action is excellent. The box is about good with some heavy edge and corner wear, some minor fraying, some separation on the edges and the labels are whole.
