Description:

Manufactured from 1898 to 1902. This revolver was manufactured in 1898 and is marked "FOREHAND & WADSWORTH, WORCHESTER, MASS. U.S.A." on top of the barrel rib. Half moon front sight, top break action, nickel finish with blue trigger guard and casehardened hammer and trigger, with matching serial number.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% of the original finish with some minor flaking on the muzzle and high edges of the cylinder and overall scattered minor dings. The trigger guard has a smooth brown patina. There is strong original vivid case colors in protected areas of the trigger. The grips are excellent with a few minor handling marks and crisp checkering. The marking is sharp and clear. The action is very good.
