This is a SA party marked holster for a Model PP semi-automatic pistol. Known as the Brownshirts, the SA, short for Sturmabteilungen, functioned as a paramilitary organization of the Nazi Party and played a key role in Adolf Hitler's rise to power. This flap holster is constructed out of brown leather with the hand carved SA insignia on the flap. The front has a magazine compartment and the back has a single belt loop. Flap is secured with a leather closure strap with stud on flap. An eagle WaA14 proof is stamped under the closure strap.
