Rating Definition:

Excellent. Both barrel sets retain 98% finish with some wear and thinning on the muzzles, a few minor dings and scratches on the lower right side of the first set and some wear on the lower barrel from the forearm on the second. The trigger guard and break lever retain 98% original blue finish with some minor thinning on the trigger guard tang and a couple of minor dings on the left edge of the trigger guard bow. The receiver retains strong traces (approximately 20%) of the original vivid case colors, mostly in the protected areas of the trigger guard and fences. The wood is very good with some minor bruising in the checkering, a small crude fill repair on the toe and overall some scattered minor dings and dents. The checkering remains crisp. Crisp clear markings. The mechanics are excellent. The scope is very good with clear optics. The knife is good with signs of some sharpening and some speckled discoloration. The sheath is fair. The conversion is excellent. The case is very good with a few minor scuffs and minor corner wear. The lining is good, showing some minor wear and fraying on edges.
