U.S. National Postal Meter M1 Carbine with Sling and Canvas Pouch

Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights, with an undated IBM barrel, Type I barrel band, round top bolt, milled trigger guard, push button safety and "MN" marked magazine catch. Smooth straight grip stock, with 2-rivet hand guard, high wood forearm, "I" oiler cutout and "TRIMBLE/ TN" in the sling cutout. With a "MN" marked magazine, a tan canvas sling and a "U.S." marked green canvas carrying pouch, marked "SHANE MFG CO/ 1944" on the inside

ConditionExcellent, with 92% of the GI parkerized finish, showing spots of brown patina on the barrel and trigger guard, bright wear on the bolt, and scattered light handling marks. Magazine is pitted on the base, and the pouch is very good with some light wear. Stock is very good, with a few spots of white paint on the butt and scattered light scratches and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
