Blade front and adjustable 1000 meter rear sight, with ".30-06/ 41" marked on the barrel flange, five line model and five line patent markings on top of the receiver, and an encircled, five-pointed star and "CRANSTON/ARMS/CO." in a triangle on the right side below the rear sight. Smooth two-piece walnut pistol grip stock, unmarked, with sling swivels and a checkered butt. With a scarce eight inch spike bayonet, with a leather sheath.

Very fine metal, with 70% of the original parkerized finish, showing mixed areas of gray and brown patina, scattered light pitting and mild handling marks. Stock has been refinished, with cracks, dents and chips. Bayonet is good, with a number scratched into the back of the sheath. Mechanically very good.
