Description:

OSS Smatchet with two-piece wooden handle, parkerized blade and crossguard and black leather scabbard. The knife is not marked; most OSS Smatchets were manufactured by Case. The blade is 11 inches long, nearly symmetrical with one full sharpened edge, 4 inch sharpened back edge, a maximum width of 2 3/4 inches, no visible markings and a gray parkerized finish. It has a wide oval cross guard and smooth hardwood grips with alloy pommel.

Rating Definition:

Excellent plus. The knife and sheath appear to be un-issued. Wear is limited to some light handling marks on the blade, and grips. Sheath is excellent with some light scratches and cracking of the retention strap.
