Manufactured in Italy, this fully functioning rifle commemorates the Cadets of West Point who served valiantly in the Civil War. The gold plated receiver honors U.S. Grant on the right and Robert E. Lee on the left. The consignor notes that the rifle has never been fired. Mounted with a high gloss straight grip stock. Complete with certificate of authenticity, gloves, cable lock and silicone cloth.

Excellent. The barrel retains 99% of the original blue finish with only light handling marks overall. The receiver shows 95% plus original gold finish with light scratches overall. The wood is very good with a gouge on the left side of the wrist and a crack on the toe of the stock.
