Manufactured c. early 19th century with a converted "PAYSON/& NURSE/BOSTON" marked lock and unmarked barrel.

Rating Definition:

Good with gray and brown patina and moderate oxidation/pitting on the barrel and lock, aged patina on the brass mounts, bent patchbox lid causing it to not stay latched, and moderate overall wear including some chips, cracks, and dings on the stock. Mechanically fine.

Appears to be a 20th century build/re-stock using antique parts including and unmarked barrel and a "Partridge" marked lock.

Rating Definition:

Good with gray and brown patina on the lock and barrel, moderate oxidation/pitting, aged patina on the brass mounts, rod not fitting fully into the stock, cracked forend cap, and mild overall wear including some dings and small chips on the stock. Mechanically fine.
