Factory letter states the revolver was shipped on March 8, 1941 to Murta Appleton Co. of Philadelphia, PA with a 4 inch barrel in .38 caliber, blue finish, and type of stocks not listed. This was a 40 gun shipment. Included box and test fire target are numbered to the gun.

Good overall with original finish, holster and edge wear, light spotting/pitting, brown patina on the grip straps, worn grips. Mechanically excellent. Box is very good.
