Spanish copy of a Smith & Wesson 44 this revolver features a half moon front and rear notch sights. Barrel marked "P. ARANZABAL - EIBAR (ESPANA)" with a "Crown/R" proof. Frame features a "Crown/X", a "star/C" and a "Crown/R" proofs. The right side of the frame features an import marking. The Triple lock system, created in order to ensure the weapon would properly utilize the 44 cartridge, is featured. Casehardened smooth trigger and finely checkered hammer are present. Fitted with checkered walnut grips.

Excellent with 94% original blue finish with slight edge wear on the muzzle. There are slight dings and scratches on the barrel and frame consistent with a weapon of this age. Trigger and hammer retain nearly all their bright case colors. Grips are also excellent with some slight dings and chipping with crisp checkering.
