The top of the receiver ring is marked "S/C.G.HAENEL/SUHL/1892" with three crown/script letter proofs on the right side. Front barrel band has a unit marking that has been lined out and remarked, "4Ch.1.31" and the rear barrel band also has a unit marking lined out, with visible numbers matching. The stock has a sling slot, flat buttplate, and crown/script letter proofs. Comes with 4 slip magazines.

Very good. The carbine retains 30% faded original blue finish with the balance a mottled gray patina. The stock is fine with a number of minor pressure dents and scratches.
