Description:

1) Developed in response to advances in armor, the warhammer has a penetrating spike capable of driving through weak points in armor, and a flat head capable of transmitting concussive force straight through solid plate into the target. Measuring 20 1/4 inches long and 7 inches wide, this head of this weapon is fitted with a 7/8 inch wide flat hammerhead on one side, and a 3 3/4 inch long diamond profile curved spike on the reverse, with a 5 3/4 inch belt hook on the right side. The shaft is square in profile, with a ball accent in the center and a clamshell languet on the right side. The grip is wrapped in red cloth, with guard and pommel discs. 2) Measuring 23 3/4 inches overall, with a small acorn cap over a set of 7 flanges, 6 inches long and 1 1/2 inches tall at the points, with a smooth oval cross-section shaft, spiral ribbed grip, and a leather thong in a drilled-through hole in the grip.
