A semi-automatic closed bolt copy of the British Sterling SMG. The receiver tube was originally produced during the 1986 run-up to the closure of fully-transferable machine gun registration. After ATF inspectors rejected the tubes as being insufficiently finished to count for registration, P.A.W.S. was forced to strike the original serial number and finish the weapon as a semi-auto. Post front and peep rear sights, a ventilated handguard, two-position safety on the trigger group, a checkered pistol grip and a folding buttstock. With five extra magazines and an instruction manual.

Excellent, with 98% of the matte gray finish showing light handling marks overall. The pistol grip shows a few light scratches and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
