Description:

Manufactured post 1898. Blade front sight and semi-buckhorn rear sight, with the two line address and Nickel Steel markings on the barrel and the two line patent markings on the receiver. Smooth pistol grip stock with Schnabel tip, forearm grasping grooves, hard rubber WRA grip cap, and checkered steel buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Fine, showing 70% of the blue, with areas of brown patina, sub-surface pitting and scattered handling marks. Heavy screwdriver damage is present on the front trigger guard screw and the surrounding area. The stock is very good as reoiled, with a few thin cracks forming near the toe of the buttstock and some light dents. Mechanically functions fine but bolt stock lever detention spring needs work.
