Description:

Measuring 6 1/2 inches long and 2 3/4 inches wide, this is a model of one of the chief German artillery pieces of the First World War. Lighter and more maneuverable that it's counterparts in the French and British armies, the FK96 performed well in the opening of the conflict, but as the battle lines became static it was replaced with bulkier but longer ranged weapons. Mounted on a steel base 7 1/8 inches long and 3 7/8 inches wide, marked "Fried. Krupp/A.G./Essen-Ruhr." ahead of the gun.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with some light wear and handling marks.
