T. Turner & Sons Side by Side .410 Round Body Back Action Hammer Shotgun

Each side lock is engraved "T.TURNER & SONS" and the rib is engraved "T. TURNER & SONS, READING & NEWBURY". The barrels have a single nickel bead sight, are choked cylinder/cylinder and have 3 inch chambers with an extractor. Mounted on a nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a silver initial oval and a serrated bare butt. Length of pull is 14 7/8 inches.

ConditionRefinished (blue components), the barrels and lower tang retain 98% of the blue finish with some wear. There are patches of minor pitting under the finish. The casehardened components have been polished bright with some minor pitting and discoloration. The forearm is very good with some slivers and chips absent along with smoothed checkering. The replacement buttstock is very good with scattered scratches and dings. Mechanically fine.
