There are flourishes of tight floral scroll engraving on the receiver, trigger plate, trigger guard and forearm hardware along with a shell design on each side. The barrels have a single nickel bead sight, are choked .016/.025 and have 2 3/4 inch chambers with an extractor. Mounted on a multi-point checkered splinter walnut forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece and serrated horn buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Professionally refinished (barrels), the barrels retain 98% of the high quality blue finish with scattered scratches and dings. The casehardened components retain traces of original case colors in the protected areas with a mostly smooth silvery/gray patina on the balance along with some scattered minor pitting and some areas of darker discoloration. The refinished wood is very good with scattered scratches, dings, a couple small hairline cracks and the rear sling stud is absent. There is some worm damage on the buttplate. Mechanically excellent.
