The top of the barrel ahead of the rear sight is marked with the two-line address followed by "TRADE MARK/STEVENS/REG. U.S. PAT. & FGN". The left side next to the rear sight is marked "22 SHORT-LONG/OR LONG RIFLE". There is a circled "20" on the left rear of the barrel and left side of the receiver at the breech. Dovetailed blade front sight with an ivory bead and adjustable rear sporting sight. Blue finish with casehardened bolt, and mounted with a smooth straight grain walnut pistol grip stock with a flat steel buttplate. Comes with a correctly labeled Stevens picture box, hanging tag and cleaning rod.
