Origin of the name for this pistol was Frank Lord, a prominent competitive pistol shooter of the period. Of all Stevens target pistols, the Lord Model boast the greatest popularity and the most years of availability. The barrel left upper barrel flat is marked with the two-line Stevens A. & T. address/1884 patent date marking and is equipped with blade front and adjustable notch rear sights. The barrel, ejector and trigger guard are all matching numbered. Blue barrel, hammer, trigger, and screws with nickel plated iron frame. Fitted with two-piece checkered walnut grips.
