Manufactured in 1929. Dovetail blade front sight with a brass bead, filler block in the rear sight dovetail and a tang mounted short range peep sight. The left rear of the barrel is marked with the model, Winchester trade mark and caliber marking, and the Winchester oval proof is marked on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. The upper tang marking is covered by the sight and the serial number is marked on the bottom of the receiver. All blue finish and mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock.
