Excellent Colt New Service Double Action Target Revolver with Scarce 44 Russian and S&W Special Dual Caliber Marking

Manufactured in 1933. Has an elevation adjustable front sight and a windage adjustable rear sight. The top of the barrel is marked with the two-line, three-patent date marking and the left side is marked "NEW SERVICE RUSSIAN AND/S & W SPECIAL 44". Has a checkered hammer, trigger and grip straps. Fitted with a set of checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions.

ConditionExcellent, 98% of the original blue finish remaining with some muzzle wear along with scattered light scratches. There is an extremely small spot of surface rust present under the cylinder on the left side of the frame. The grips are also both excellent with some light dings on the left panel below the medallion. Mechanically excellent.
