This revolver was manufactured in 1884 and has the two-line address on the top of the barrel and "Colt D.A.41" in a etched panel on the left side. "41 CAL" is marked on the left side rear of the trigger guard. The left side of the frame has the three- line/three-patent dates. It has a nickel plated finish with niter blue small parts and smooth mother of pearl grips. It has round blade front and frame groove rear sights, bullseye ejector head, and the matching serial number on the cylinder (partial), frame, trigger guard, and butt. The loading gate is marked with the assembly number.
Excellent. The revolver retains 98% plus of the original nickel finish with some light scratches, handling/storage marks, and some light spotting. There is some oxidation along the edges of the cylinder flutes. The slightly oversized grips are very fine with bright iridescent surfaces. Mechanically excellent with crisp markings.
