The sides superposed barrels have wedges of a scroll and punch dot engraving at the breech and at the muzzles. The left side of the frame has the maker and patent dates marking. The frame sides have an extensive floral scroll engraving, which incorporates an unusual winged mythical creature on the right side above the trigger. Writer believes this to be from the shop of L.D.
