Description:

The German silver barrel has two British proofs stamped on the upper left flat. The 3 1/4 inch spear point blade and 2 1/4 inch blade are marked "JAMES/RODGERS/SHEFFIELD" on the left ricasso. Overall frame construction is steel and German silver with a folding trigger and horn scales secured by rivets. The back strap has a patch box, with a bullet mold inserted into the left panel and a silver plated cleanout spike on the right.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with a mixed patina on the steel and German silver, showing some light handling marks overall. Grips very good, with some minor chipping and handling marks. The lightly pitted blade is very good. Mechanically very good.
